Greetings from Azalea
Azalea Middle School has a new look and new people to compliment our wonderful staff. What hasn’t changed is our #1 priority - providing strong academics in a safe learning environment. We are working together to take the best of what was and build on it. Our staff has a wealth of knowledge and experience which will provide momentum as we work together. As you can see we are very excited about the coming school year.
Students in middle school are at that wonderful crossroads from childhood to becoming an adult. They are striving to achieve four developmental tasks: autonomy and independence, social skills and acceptance, meaning and purpose, and the right to solve problems on their own. Azalea Middle School will provide opportunities to learn and grow in all of these areas. We will also provide support as students practice and hone these skills.

PowerSchool Access
Our District uses a student information system called PowerSchool. By logging in you, as a parent, can see important, relevant information about your student(s) progress in school including, but not limited to:
-Up-to-date grades
-Up-to-the-minute attendance information
-Historical grades/progress
Here is a brief introduction/instruction sheet for first-time users.
To access the new parent portal for your student(s), click the link under Quick Links (above) and enter your name and password. For purposes of security, if you do not know your name/password, or lose it, you need to either call our office and a letter will be mailed to you or you may come IN PERSON to the office for a print out. Information will not be given by phone or sent home with students.
