Mission
It is the mission of the Brookings-Harbor School District to identify students who meet federal and Oregon Department of Education (ODE) mandates as a student with a disability requiring special education.  Our commitment is to promote a collaborative environment of dedicated professionals, involved parents, and caring community members meeting the varied academic and emotional needs of all students.  Honoring diversity with deference remains at the forefront of this mission.
