The Brookings-Harbor School Board will…
- Continue to work collaboratively with the superintendent and District Leadership Team (DLT) to monitor the district’s priorities and corresponding strategic plan. The Board will calendar at least 3 monitoring sessions for the 2019-2020 school year.
- Proactively communicate the progress made toward each of the district’s priorities by creating and executing a community engagement plan after each monitoring session in the 2019-2020 school year.
- Create a framework/process for seeking input from staff and community when making financial decisions.
