Azalea Middle School is currently experiencing a temporary phone service outage today, Thursday, Jan. 15, 2026. At this time, there are no direct incoming or outgoing calls available at the AMS front office.
If you need to reach Azalea Middle School, please call the Brookings-Harbor School District Office at 541-469-7443, or contact Brookings-Harbor High School or Kalmiopsis Elementary School. Front office staff at these other district locations can transfer calls internally to the AMS front desk.
