Requirements to Participate in Fall Athletics & Activities
High School Fall Athletics & Activities
The first day of official practice for the High School Fall Season is Monday, August 17. Fall Athletics include Soccer, Football, Volleyball, Cross Country, and Cheer. Fall Activities include Marching Band and Color Guard. Visit the BHHS Athletics & Activities page.
To participate in fall athletics and activities, you will need:
-
Documentation of a current physical by a medical care provider no more than 2 years old.
-
Online activity registration completed via Arbiter Sports (Family ID).
-
Payment of the sports fee of $85. If you need assistance paying your fee, please contact the high school office.
Once this is done, students receive a "Gold Card" to present to their coach showing the student is cleared to participate. Questions, or need to know if your sports physical on file is still current? Call the BHHS office at 541-469-2108.
Please download and use this specific Physical Evaluation Form (2023) for documenting athletics and activities physicals. This is a mandatory item from OSAA for participation in high school activities, and is good practice for middle school activities as well. No other form version will be allowed by OSAA after July 1, 2024. Do not use a form provided by your doctors office. Please bring them this form, or have them fill out this form in addition to their in-house form.
